Destry is a warm, collaborative counselor who believes healing doesn’t have to be done just one way in order to be meaningful. She works with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem, identity, and life’s difficult transitions. With a particular interest in trauma-informed care and EMDR, Destry helps clients explore their experiences and beliefs about themselves, understand longstanding patterns, and find a way forward that feels authentic to them.
Life rarely unfolds exactly as we imagined. Sometimes we find ourselves carrying things we don’t know how to put down, repeating patterns we can’t seem to break, or standing in a mess without a clear sense of where to go next. Sometimes, we’re simply tired of trying so hard to hold everything together.
