Allison Coon is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas working towards full licensure under the supervision of Elizabeth Clark, MA, LPC-S. She earned a BSW in Social Work from West Texas A&M University and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Midwestern State University.
Allison works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families dealing with behavioral, emotional, and relational issues. She has worked as a counselor treating a variety of issues related to ADHD, anger, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, divorce, self-esteem, stress, and parenting. Allison uses a person-centered approach with a variety of integrated techniques to focus on each individuals’ personal needs. She does this by helping them develop skills, identify their strengths, and move towards growth while reaching personal goals.
